An Oct. 8 wedding is being planned by Sharon Gifford of Petrolia and Clay Hart of Beaver Falls.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Larry and Nancy Gifford of Petrolia. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Robert and Sharon Hart of Fombell.

The bride-elect graduated in 1995 from Karns City High School. She works in the Meridian office of Farmer's National Bank.

Her fiancé graduated in 1996 from Riverside High School. He works for ADT Security Services Inc. in Pittsburgh.
