A Sep. 10 wedding is being planned by Erica Hillwig and Greg Ridley, both of Monroeville.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Roger and Cindy Hillwig of Karns City. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Terry "Buck" and Marie Ridley of Bruin.

The bride-elect graduated in 1996 from Karns City High School and in 2001 from Pennsylvania State University, where she received a bachelor's degree in mathematics. She works as an applications developer at United States Steel in Pittsburgh.

Her fiancé graduated in 1996 from Karns City High School and in 2001 from Indiana (Pa.) University, receiving a bachelor's degree in physical education and sports. He is an exercise physiologist at Forbes Regional Hospital in Monroeville.
