A July 2006 wedding is being planned by Tabatha Duncan of Evans City and Eric Singer of Butler Township.

The bride-to-be is the daughter Tim and Joanne Duncan of Evans City. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Mike and Sherry Singer of Butler Township.

The bride-elect graduated in 2003 from Butler High School and is attending Point Park University, where she is pursuing a bachelor's degree in arts and entertainment management. She works for W. Ricks in Butler Township.

Her fiancé graduated high school in 1998 with a diploma from Advanced Training Institute and graduated in 2000 from the International A.L.E.R.T. Academy, Institute of BLP. He works for the Succop Conservancy and also as a driver for United Parcel Service, both in Butler.
