A July 23 wedding is being planned by Kristina O'Neal of Streetsboro, Ohio, and Jason Cashmere of Fenelton.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Ronald and Donna O'Neal of Streetsboro. The prospective bridegroom is the son of Edward and Jacqueline Cashmere of Fenelton.

The bride-elect is a 2001 graduate of Streetsboro High School and a 2005 graduate of Kent State University. She works at Magic's Day Care in Kent, Ohio.

Her fiancé graduated in 1998 from Butler High School and in 2003 from Kent State University. He works for Rybricon Environmental Consulting in Oil City.
