Karns City's Aaron McGarvey was named Keystone Shortway Athletic Conference boys cross country MVP.

Teammate Chris Harmon and Eric Hillard of Moniteau also made the first team.

Sarah Young made the girls third team for Karns City. She was the only female runner to make the KSAC squad.

A-C Valley's Nate Silvis was named KSAC co-MVP, sharing the honor with KevinDoverspike of Redbank Valley.Eddie Stewart and Travis Anthony of Union each earned first-team honors.

Erika Rothen of A-C Valley was named to the KSAC first team.The Karns City duo of Laken Morrow and Ashley Campbell made the second team.
