A Sept. 10 wedding is being planned by Nicole Bovard and Bradley Confer, both of Clintonville.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of William and Theresa Bovard of Harrisville. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Bruce and Sue Confer of Petrolia, and Cathy Ritter of O'Fallon, Mo.

The bride-elect graduated in 2001 from Moniteau High School and in 2004 from the nursing program at Butler County Community College. She works for UPMC Northwest in Seneca.

Her fiancé graduated in 2001 from Karns City High School and in 2003 from Penn State University. He works for Penn United Technologies in Saxonburg.
