A July 2 wedding is being planned by Lisa Gilliland and James Bills, both of Grand Rapids, Mich.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Michael Gilliland of Portersville and Cindy Gilliland of Harmony. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Charles and Margaret Bills of Ira, Mich.

The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Seneca Valley High School. She is currently a senior at Reformed Bible College pursuing a degree in social work.

Her fiancé graduated in 1996 from Port Huron High School. He is currently a senior at Reformed Bible College pursuing a degree in pre-seminary studies.
