An Aug. 19 wedding is being planned by Megan Swank of Corry and Matthew Kennedy of Cabot.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Ken and Wendy Swank of Corry. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Georgetta Lukehart of Kittanning and the late Mark Kennedy.

The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Corry High School. She is currently a senior at Westminster College and is completing an internship with the National Park Service at Yorktown Battlefield.

Her fiancé is a 2002 graduate of Knoch High School. He is currently a senior at Geneva College. He is employed at the college and works as a freelance professional audio technician.
