Slippery Rock High School's Dan Hartzell and Ian Campbell took first place in the 800-meter run and high jump, respectively at Saturday's Center High School Track and Field Invitational.

Hartzell bested the field with a time of two minutes, five seconds, while Campbell won his event with a jump of six feet, two inches.

In the girls' competition, Angie Shaffer medaled in all three jumping events, including a second-place finish in the high jump.
