GIRLS BASKETBALL HONOR ROLL
Here is the Butler County area girls basketball honor roll for the 2011-12 season. Selections were made by the Eagle sports staff after discussions with area coaches:

Mackenzie O'Donnell (Butler) 5-11 forward, senior — Solid inside force for the Golden Tornado who averaged 18.2 points, 6.2 rebounds per game•
Jasmine Bailey (Butler) 5-8 guard/forward, senior — All-purpose player and one of best defenders on team, averaging 5.2 rebounds, four steals and three assists per game•
Samantha Logan (Knoch) 5-9 guard, junior — All-purpose player who averaged 8.8 points and three assists per game while leading team in free throw percentage, also sank 17 treys•
Celina Sanks (Knoch) 5-10 guard/forward, sophomore — Led the Knights with 8.3 rebounds per game, 30 blocked shots and 61 made free throws.•
Randi Francis (Mars) 5-8 guard/forward, senior — 11.1 points, 5.7 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 3.7 steals per game.•
Ali Goetz (Mars) 5-7 forward, freshman — 13.3 points, 7.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 2.0 steals per contest.•
Kelsey Boocks (A-C Valley) 6-0 forward, junior — 10.8 points, 9.4 rebounds and 2.1 blocks per contest.•
Shanel Preston (Karns City) 5-7 guard, freshman — Led the Gremlins with 12 points, 4.5 rebounds and 29 3-pointers and connected on 68.7 of her free-throw attempts.•
Jessica McFadden (Freeport) 5-2 guard, senior —The four-year starter averaged nine points per contest and led the playoff-bound Yellowjackets with 23 3-pointers.•
Jessica Aulicino (Freeport) 6-0 forward/center, junior — The three-year starter led the Yellowjackets with 13.7 points per game.•
Morgan Siebka (Slippery Rock) 5-7 guard, junior — The 2011 co-Butler County Girls Basketball Player of the Year averaged a team-leading 14.2 points per game to go with 3.9 rebounds, 3.2 steals and 2.5 assists per contest.•
Haley Angerett (Slippery Rock) 5-9 guard, junior — A sharpshooter from the outside, she averaged 10.9 points per game to go along with a county-leading 44 3-pointers•
Nicole Papley (Slippery Rock) 6-0 forward, sophomore — Averaged 8.1 points per game off the bench to go along with a team-leading 5.8 rebounds per contest•
Cori Hyduchak (Grove City) 5-7 guard/forward, sophomore — Scored 11.9 points per game to help the Eagles to a second straight playoff appearance.•
Brogan Foster (Grove City) 5-7 guard, senior — Was the main ballhandler for the Eagles and hit 23 3-pointers.•
Heather Porter (Moniteau) 5-7 guard/forward, junior — Led the District 9 Class AA runners-up with 9.4 points per game.•
Amanda Sloan (Moniteau) 5-4 guard, senior — Tallied 8.2 points per game while helping defense that allowed just 36.6 points per contest.•
Sierra Smith (Union) 5-3 guard, senior — Paced the Damsels with 14.3 points per game, knocking down 31 3-pointers in the process while averaging 3.5 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game.•
Delani Priester (Union) 5-3 guard, junior — Averaged 11.6 points per game and led the Damsels with 2.7 steals per contest.
