Lance Armstrong, a six-time winner of the Tour de France, again is wearing a yellow jersey, which signifies he is leading the race.

And, not to be seeking notoriety, Butler County's David E. Todd has again put on the bright yellow jersey of a winner. To name a few of his jerseys:

Now he wears an even brighter yellow jersey for buying and donating Armco Park to the Butler YMCA with the provisos that the name of the park remains Armco Park and those Armco employees having a pool membership will have that privilege grandfathered.

As a 70-year resident of Butler County, I would like to take this opportunity to publicly thank Todd for his dedication and pride in Armco and in Butler County.

The accolades due this gentleman should have filled the editorial page many times over.
