Rockets grab 3rd consecutive region title
The Slippery Rock boys golf team clinched its third consecutive Region 2 title by besting five other teams Monday afternoon at Tanglewood Golf Course.
The Rockets, led by Brian Giesler's 71, totaled 303 strokes. Brett Rinker added a 73.
Grove City was second with 331 strokes. Ryan Prokay paced the Eagles with a 79.
