Kaiti Pullano totaled 22 digs in the Freeport girls volleyball team's dominating 3-0 victory over Highlands Thursday night.

Taylor Schrecengost led the Yellowjackets (17-0, 14-0) with 20 service points and Jessica McFadden added 10.

Ashley Sample contributed five kills and Lauren Frazetta had four kills for Freeport, which won by scores of 25-5, 25-10 and 25-4.

The Yellowjackets picked up an impressive 3-0 sweep over a talented South Fayette team Wednesday.

A-C Valley 3, Forest Area 1 — Tricia Kerlin had 10 kills, 14 service points and nine aces as the Falcons rolled to a 25-12, 25-4, 24-26, 25-9 win.Kelsey Boocks added eight kills and three blocks, and Meghan Cratty had 12 points, six aces and five kills for A-C Valley (10-2).

Emily Schumacher scored two goals to lead Karns City to a 7-0 win over Punxsutawney.Maggie McKain, Emily Olszak, Alyssa King, Cara Yasika and Kylie Laughery also scored for the Gremlins (14-4).
