Polanec, Wible

Karen Polanec and Gary Wible, both of Butler, exchanged wedding vows at 3 p.m. Sept. 10 at St. Fidelis Roman Catholic Church in Butler. The Revs. George Palick and David Brewer officiated. A reception was held in Hindman Hall.

The bride is the daughter of Isadore and Dolores Polanec of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Curtis and Colleen Wible of Butler.

The honor attendant was Marianne Polanec of Butler. Bridesmaids were Elizabeth Kreinbucher of Butler, Christine McKinney of New Galilee, Julie Maurer of Cowansville and Amy Dufala of Erie. Flower girls were Emily Maurer and Amber Maurer, both of Cowansville, and Caralyn Dufala of Erie.

Serving the bridegroom as best man was Eric Maurer of Cowansville. Ushers were Jeff Christopher, Dale Wible, Dan Wible and Greg Polanec, all of Butler.

The bride graduated in 1991 from Butler High School and Butler Vocational Technical School. She works for Phillips Family Chiropractic in Butler.

The bridegroom graduated in 1989 from Knoch High School and Butler Vo-Tech. He works for Butler Township.

After a honeymoon trip to Sedona, Ariz., the couple is living in Butler.
