Balbach, Foster
Kathryn Balbach of Chippewa Township and Clifford Foster of Allison Park were united in marriage at 2:30 p.m. June 18 at St. Philomena Roman Catholic Church in Beaver Falls. The Rev. Steven Palsa officiated. A reception followed at the Four Points Sheraton in Cranberry Township.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Balbach of Chippewa Township. Parents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Foster Jr. of Cranberry Township.
The maid of honor was the bride's sister, Marcie Balbach of Carnegie. Bridesmaids included the groom's sisters Brittany Foster and Brooke Foster, both of Cranberry Township; Lisa Henderson of Allison Park; Lisa Miller of Raleigh, N.C.; Brittany Rosser of Coraopolis; and Jamie Tripodi of Beaver. The flower girl was the daughter of the bride and groom, Cassie Foster of Chippewa Township.
Serving the bridegroom as best men were Chett Boschele and Andrew Briggs, both of Saxonburg. Ushers included Jason Dolak of Erie; Kenny Gibbs of Astoria, N.Y.; Scott Lang of Allison Park; Demetris Pringle of McKees Rocks; and Jared Steigerwald of Pittsburgh. The ring bearer was Logan Rosser of Coraopolis.
The bride is a 1999 graduate of Blackhawk High School and a 2003 graduate of La Roche College. She works as a tutor at D.A.R.E. to Excel in Beaver Falls.
The groom graduated in 1998 from Knoch High School and in 2004 from La Roche College. He is a self-employed mortgage broker in Allison Park.
Following a honeymoon trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple is making their home in Chippewa Township.
