Arblaster, Geibel

Chicora residents Rebecca Arblaster and Chad Geibel were united in marriage at 3:30 p.m. Oct. 8 at Highland Presbyterian Church in Slippery Rock. Rusty Stewart officiated. A reception followed at the East Butler Fire Hall.

The bride is the daughter of Steven and Linda Arblaster of Slippery Rock. Parents of the bridegroom are Larry and Linda Geibel of East Butler.

The honor attendant was Tracy Pyle of Stoneboro. Bridesmaids included Cecelia Settlemire of Polk; Tyrell Pflugh and Lyndie Fry, both of Butler; Elaine McMasters of Grove City; Amanda Hayes of Doraville, Ga.; Christine Geibel of East Butler; and Lou Ann Fry of Hilliards. Stefanie Arblaster of Erie was the flower girl.

The best man was Wayne Geibel of Fenelton. Groomsmen included Rusty Miller and David Bruner, both of Chicora; Steve Arblaster of Erie; Don Jordan of Ridgway; Cory Geagan of Butler; and Brian McTighe and Tim Vogel, both of West Sunbury. Ushers were Bob Ivory of Butler and Sam Buzard of New Bethlehem. Steven Arblaster III of Erie was the ring bearer.

The bride is a 1989 graduate of Slippery Rock High School and a 1995 graduate of Slippery Rock University. She works for U.S. Investigations Services in Grove City.

The groom attended Butler High School. He works for Swank Associated Company in New Kensington.

The couple is making their home in Chicora.
