Stephanie McKinney of Butler and Christopher Wheeler of New Castle were united in marriage Aug. 29 at Saint Fidelis Roman Catholic Parish. The Rev. James Murphy officiated. A reception followed at the Crystal Room in Butler.
The bride is the daughter of Ronald and Barbara Jurysta of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Duke and Debbi Wheeler of New Castle.
The matron of honor was Ashley Wiles of Butler. Bridesmaids included Erika Weiss of Steubenville, Ohio, Amanda Wheeler of New Castle, Lindsay Geibel of Butler and Samantha Kimmel of Butler.
Performing the duties of best man was Dan Mioni of New Castle. Ushers included Denny Kang of Pittsburgh, Adam Koontz of Mercer, Mike DiLuzio of Erie and Victor Georgic of Gibsonia.
The ring bearer was Michael Turk of Butler.
The bride is a 2007 graduate of Butler High School. She graduated from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College in 2011 and from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2015.
She is a pharmacist for CVS Pharmacy in Cleveland.
The bridegroom graduated from Mohawk High School in 2008. He graduated from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College in 2012 and from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2015.
He is a pharmacist for CVS Pharmacy in Akron, Ohio.
Following a honeymoon trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, the couple is making their home in Ohio.
