1:22 a.m. Monday — Tammy Bole, 36, of Butler Township was arrested for driving under the influence on South Chestnut Street. She was also cited for making an improper right turn.

5:10 p.m. Monday — Michelle Scott, 26, of Butler is accused of allegedly shoplifting six sets of DVDs valued at $233 from the Wal-Mart store at Butler Commons. She is charged with retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.

5:20 p.m. Sunday — Bryan Wissinger, 41, of Saxonburg was charged with four counts of possession of heroin and driving on a suspended license following a traffic stop on Breezeway Drive.Bruce Tyson, 47, of Valencia, a passenger in Wissinger's vehicle, was charged with 14 counts of possession of heroin, one count of possession with intent to deliver and five counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

6 p.m. Saturday — Two Lawrence County suspects were arrested for shoplifting a pair of necklaces valued at $160 from the Boscov's store in Clearview Mall, Center Township.Marci Berardi, 36, and Jon Campbell, 49, both of New Castle, are charged with retail theft and conspiracy.3:25 a.m. Saturday — A vehicle driven by Richard Gray, 66, of West Sunbury struck an embankment off Beaver Dam Road in Clay Township and overturned. Gray, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. He told police he swerved off the road to avoid several deer.3 a.m. Thursday — Brian Farley, 32, and Hope Marlowe, 33, both of Prospect, were both charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Route 422 in Franklin Township.11:04 a.m. Wednesday — Michael Pintell, 20, of Butler was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Route 68 in Butler Township.

5:30 a.m. Saturday — Someone stole a spotlight from John Yoder's vehicle while it was parked at his residence on Bela Road in Perry Township, Clarion County.Friday — Someone broke into Sligo Auto Salvage in Toby Township, Clarion County, between 5 p.m. Thursday and 7:30 a.m. Friday. Nothing was reported stolen.3:25 a.m. Thursday — An SUV driven by Jared Carr, 26, of Rimersburg struck guardrails on Route 68 in East Brady, Clarion County, rolling onto its roof.Carr, who was wearing a seat belt, was treated and released from Clarion Hospital. His passenger, Virgil Anthony, 46, of Rimersburg was wearing a seat belt and was not injured. Carr told police he swerved to avoid a deer.Oct. 23 — Someone between Aug. 26 and Oct. 23 stole several items from Sheena Novosel's unoccupied trailer on Spring Road in Perry Township, Clarion County.

4:30 p.m. Saturday — A vehicle driven by Kathleen Hric, 54, of Ypsilanti, Mich., struck a deer on Route 956 in Scott Township, Lawrence County.
