BUTLER TWP — Alameda Park will host summer activities next week, presented by the Butler County Parks and Recreation Department.

On Monday, Fitness in the Park will be at the Carousel Shelter with yoga at 5:45 p.m. and Zumba at 7 p.m. There is a fee for the classes.

On Tuesday, Washboard Tony and Son will play a concert at 6:30 p.m. at the Odd Fellows Gazebo.

On Wednesday, there will be a Painting in the Park Course at 6 p.m. at the Alameda Park office. There is a fee for the event, which is limited to anyone 14 years and older.

On Thursday, children can learn fire education through a Butler County Community College program at 6:30 p.m. at the Carousel Shelter.

On Friday, there will be a Moonlight Swim and Dive-In Movie from 8:30 to 10:30 p.m. at Alameda Pool. There is a fee, except for those with a membership or children age 2 and younger.
