Smoked Chile Cole Slaw

½ cup real mayonnaise2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce2 tablespoons fresh lime juice2 teaspoons honey1 teaspoon ground cuminKosher salt and freshly ground black pepper1 medium head green cabbage, finely shredded2 large carrots, finely shredded1 small onion, halved and thinly sliced¼ cup chopped fresh cilantroCombine mayonnaise, chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, lime juice, honey and cumin in large bowl. Season, if desired, with salt and black pepper. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 20 minutes before serving.
