Craig, Vicari

Butler residents Kristie Craig and Chris Vicari were united in marriage at 2 p.m. Oct. 22 at St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church in Herman. The Rev. John McCloskey officiated. A reception was held at the East Butler Fire Hall.

The bride is the daughter of Jack and Gert Craig of Butler. Mother of the bridegroom is Gloria Schwartz, also of Butler.

The maid of honor was Jamie Sweitzer of York. Bridesmaids included Heather Craig, Traci Day, Nicole Barnes, Lucy Kriley and Sandy Bergbigler, all of Butler.

Performing the duties of best man was Michael Barnes of Butler. Ushers included Eric Day, Chad Bachman, Ed Kriley, Justin Barnes, Pat Tirk and Ray Geibel, all of Butler. The ring bearer was Zachary Bergbigler of Butler.

The bride is a 1997 graduate of Butler High School and a 2002 graduate of Clarion University, earning a master's degree in Business Administration. She works at National City Bank in Butler.

The bridegroom graduated in 1997 from Butler High School. He works for Knoechel Heating in Zelienople.

Following a honeymoon trip to Florida, the couple is making their home in Butler.
