ORLANDO, Fla. — Florida State has reached a settlement with Erica Kinsman, the woman who accused Jameis Winston of sexual assault, and she has agreed to drop a Title IX lawsuit against the university.

FSU will pay Kinsman $250,000, according to the university. The school will pay her attorneys $700,000. Kinsman’s attorneys said the $950,000 is the largest lump sum in history paid to a single plaintiff to settle Title IX discrimination claims of this kind.
