Grove City nets 4th straight region title
Matt Gordon scattered six hits and Grove City clinched its fourth consecutive region baseball title with a 5-1 victory over Slippery Rock Wednesday.
Chauncey Miller homered for the Eagles (11-5, 8-0). Gordon struck out eight in the win, the Eagles’ ninth in 10 games.
