Pittsburgh residents Amber Stiles and John McKindley Jr. were united in marriage at 1:30 p.m. Nov. 12 at the Sandals Royal Bahamian resort in Nassau, Bahamas. A reception was held Nov. 18 at The Chadwick.

The bride is the daughter of Paul and Carol Stiles of Las Vegas, formerly of East Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are John and Darlene McKindley of Lyndora.

The bride is a 1998 graduate of Butler High School and a 2002 graduate of Indiana (Pa.) University. She works as a registered nurse at Forbes Regional Hospital in Monroeville.

The bridegroom graduated in 1999 from Butler High School. He works at Cingular Wireless in Monroeville.

Following a honeymoon stay at the Sandals resort, the couple is residing in Monroeville.
