Piovesan, Gardner

Hollidaysburg residents Lindsay Piovesan and Poncho Gardner were united in marriage at 4 p.m. Sept. 17 at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler. The Rev. Harry Bielewicz officiated. A reception followed at The Atrium in Prospect.

The bride is the daughter of Galen and Renee Piovesan of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Bob Gardner of Butler and Cliff and Carol Popp of Lakeland, Fla.

The honor attendant was Brianna Piovesan of Butler. Bridesmaids included Christie Bergbigler of Butler, Alexis Bleicher of Collegeville and Tasha Ramirez of Victorville, Calif. Kaitlyn Bagget of Lakeland was the flower girl.

Performing the duties of best man was Keith Selfridge of Renfrew. The junior groom was Austin Gardner of Butler. Ushers included Dean Selfridge, David Selfridge and Brian Griffith, all of Butler. The ring bearer was Magnus Lewis of Belle Vernon.

The bride is a 2001 graduate of Butler High School and a 2004 graduate of Butler County Community College. She works at the Altoona Mirror in Altoona.

The bridegroom graduated from Butler High School in 1997. He works for Pennsylvania Collision Parts in Cresson.

Following a honeymoon trip to Florida, the couple is making their home in Hollidaysburg.
