KC holds off Keystone

Mars boys, girls earn hoop wins; Grove City cruises

Josh Wallace scored 17 points and added eight rebounds as the Karns City boys basketball team held on for a 59-56 Keystone Shortway Athletic Conference win over Keystone Thursday night.

Nathan Weckerly sunk two free throws with 18 seconds remaining to give the Gremlins (4-2, 1-0) a three-point lead.

Tyler Kepple added 14 points and David Olszak pitched in five assists for Karns City.
