Getsy scores 25 to spark Mars
Sophomore star Sara Getsy dropped 25 points on Kittanning as Mars defeated the host Wildcats 60-32 in girls basketball play Monday night.
Mars broke open a close game with a 21-5 run in the second period.
Ali Goetz chipped in 11 points for the Planets (13-6, 8-1), who have now won six consecutive Section 1-AAA contests.
