SAXONBURG — The following cases were recently heard by District Judge Sue Haggerty.
Nathan C. Johns, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of criminal trespass, loitering and prowling at night, defiant trespass, and disorderly conduct filed April 16 by state police.
George L. Montgomery, 24, of Eighty Four waived to court charges of forgery (five counts), theft and receiving filed April 22 by Penn Township police.
Larry W. Hill, 52, of Kittanning waived to court DUI charges filed April 1 by state police.
Frankie L. Morrison, 52, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of theft (seven counts), receiving (nine counts), loitering and possessing instrument of crime (two counts) filed April 8 by Buffalo Township police.
Jonathan S. Cinn, 47, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding lane and careless driving filed March 12 by state police.
Ian J. McIlwain, 28, of Kittanning waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, disregarding lane, abandoning vehicle on highway, careless driving, reckless driving, hit and run, and failure to use safety belt filed Jan. 8 by state police.
Scott B. Rowe, 63, of Cabot waived to court charges of terroristic threats, simple assault (two counts) and harassment filed March 6 by state police.
Anthony M. Kovocovsky, 55, of Cabot waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding lane and careless driving filed April 1 by state police.
Robert Campoli, 49, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of forgery and theft by deception filed April 29 by Penn Township police.
Colton E. McCaffrey, 23, of Valencia was held for court on charges of manufacture, delivery, possession of a controlled substance (six counts), criminal use of a communication facility (three counts), and drug paraphernalia (four counts) filed April 25 by the office of the attorney general.
Chance M. Gallagher, 26, of Benezette was held for court on charges of DUI, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance filed March 17 by state police.
Adam J. Lesseski, 35, of Sarver was held for court on charges of theft, unauthorized use of a vehicle and defiant trespass filed March 28 by state police. In a separate case Lesseski was held for court on charges of strangulation, simple assault and harassment filed Feb. 21 by state police.
Christopher D. Wright, 23, of Saxonburg was held for court on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude officer, reckless driving and speeding filed March 26 by Saxonburg police.
Christopher J. Schmidt, 41, of Saxonburg was held for court on charges of risking catastrophe, recklessly endangering and disorderly conduct filed March 31 by state police.
Brenda A. Ainsworth, 50, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI and speeding filed Feb. 11 by Middlesex Township police.
Mark A. Boyce, 32, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of a small amount of marijuana, DUI and violating hazard regulation filed April 1 by state police.
Jonathan M. Fewer, 23, of Sherrill, N.Y., waived to court charges of small amount of marijuana, DUI, failure to keep right, careless driving and failure to use low beam filed Jan. 26 by state police.
Ashley M. McCarthy, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of forgery (two counts) and theft by deception (two counts) filed March 12 by Saxonburg police.
Kelsee A. Thompson, 26, of Chicora pleaded guilty to a charge of drug paraphernalia. She was charged May 6 by Middlesex Township police.
Lili M. Szymecki, 38, of Erie pleaded guilty to charges of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. She was charged May 3 by Penn Township police.
