EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard the following cases.

Jared Derek Lange, 38, of Mars waived to court charges of DUI, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, careless driving and disregarding a traffic lane. Charges were filed Jan. 7 by Adams Township Police.

Nicole Suzanne Moore, 37, from New Castle waived to court a charge of DUI. The charge was filed Jan. 9 by Jackson Township Police.

Jacob Mayle, 21, of Ellwood City waived to court charges of DUI and reckless driving. Charges were filed Jan. 9 by Zelienople Police.

Angela M. Miller, 35, of Harmony waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving. Charges were filed Jan. 4 by Lancaster Township Police.

Kiersten Jean Broadbent, 27, of Wexford waived to court charges of DUI: high rate of alcohol and DUI: controlled substance. Charges were filed Jan. 8 by Zelienople Police.

Joel Richard Vaughn, 26, of New Castle waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving. Charges were filed Jan. 4 by Lancaster Township Police.

Sherry A. Cornelius, 55, of Harmony waived to court charges of DUI, speeding and careless driving. Charges were filed Dec. 6 by Jackson Township Police.

James M. Cave, 55, of Evans City waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding a traffic lane and failure to keep right. Charges were filed Jan. 14 by Evans City-Seven Fields Regional Police.

Nathaniel Cassidy Shook, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving. Charges were filed Jan. 23 by Jackson Township Police.

Danny Paul Villaire, 59, of Chicora waived to court charges of possession of an offensive weapon, DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Dylan Hunter Shoaf, 19, of Ellwood City waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor. Charges were filed Dec. 14 by Adams Township Police.

Larry Joe Damabach, 73, of Zelienople was held for court on charges of theft, receiving stolen property, identity theft and forgery. Charges were filed Nov. 5 by Zelienople Police.

Tod A. Gallagher, 49, of Freeport was held for court on charges of rape, corruption of minors and indecent assault. Charges were filed Jan. 7 by Adams Township Police.

Dennis Fred Kopp Jr., 46, of Evans City waived to court a charge of harassment. The charge was filed Feb. 1 by Evans City-Seven Fields Regional Police.
