Wood scores 100th

Seneca's Emily Wagner and Butler's Olivia Drohan battle for control of the ball Monday night at Seneca Valley.

Karns City senior forward Breann Wood scored two goals in Monday's 9-0 girls soccer win at Redbank Valley, giving her 100 in her varsity career.

Emily Lopresti and Aubrie Ball both scored twice for the undefeated Gremlins (10-0).

Megan McCartney, Caterina Lopresti and Emily Schumacher each added one goal while Morgan Deal earned the shutout in net.

Slippery Rock 13, Oil City 1 —Jenny Dudek scored six goals and had six assists and teammate Molly Joyce scored five times and added one assist.

Also scoring for the Rockets (4-1) was Jenna Whitmer with two goals.

Freeport 4, Indiana 2 — Erica Jack led the Yellowjackets (6-4, 5-2) with two goals while Megan Manke and Katlyn Biondo each scored once.
