The First Baptist Christian girls basketball team reached the finals of its league tournament this weekend by defeating American Spirit Academy and Robinson.

Hannah Roth scored eight points, grabbed nine steals and snared five rebounds to lead FBC past American Spirit Academy, 48-26, in the quarterfinals. Alexis Barnhart and Michaella Roth scored six points each with Nao Hirata adding six points and five steals.

Hannah Roth had 23 points — including three 3-pointers — six steals and three assists to key a 42-24 win over Robinson in the semifinals.

Caitlyn Mueller added eight points, Alyssa Barnhart six points and six rebounds, Lydia Roth six points and four steals.

FBC 40, Community Alliance 35 (boys junior varsity) — Aaron Drake had 25 points and five assists while Cameron Karns had eight points and 25 rebounds, Mathew Sarvey three points and nine boards.
