HARRISBURG — Two Butler County row officers were installed last week as officers for the Pennsylvania State Association of Elected County Officials.

Treasurer Diane Marburger and Register of Wills/Clerk of Orphans’ Court Judy Moser were among the group of elected officials from across the state who were named new officers.

The association will work with the state General Assembly on bills involving county open records, a proposal for the court system to assume certain row office duties and a comprehensive modernization of the county code.
