SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Kimberly Louise Alexia, 49, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance, filed Aug. 22 by Penn Township police.

Robert John Halahurich, 45, of Cabot waived to court charges of driving under the influence after imbibing, driving under the influence-high rate of alcohol and careless driving, filed July 30 by state police.

Lori Meckley, 34, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence-incapable of safe driving, driving under the influence-highest rate of alcohol, accidents resulting in bodily injury and reckless driving, filed Aug. 20 by Saxonburg police.

Benjamin Mohney, 32, of East Brady waived to court charges of aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment, filed Sept. 14 by state police. His bail was reduced from $50,000 to $5,000.

William Montgomery, 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of simple assault, filed Aug. 30 by state police. He was ordered to pay $300 in fines and court costs.

James M. Quast, 37, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving a vehicle at an unsafe speed, filed May 30 by state police.

Joshua Aaron Robles, 24, of Valencia waived to court charges of driving under the influence-incapable of safe driving, driving under the influence with combination of alcohol and drugs, and accidents involving death or personal injury when not properly licensed, filed Aug. 3 by Middlesex Township police.

Justin Wade Vanyo, 21, of Valencia waived to court a charge of making false reports to law enforcement authorities, filed Aug. 3 by Middlesex Township police.

CHICORA — These cases were heard recently by District Judge Lewis E. Stoughton:Cindy Ealy, 46, Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 6 by state police with driving under the influence, failure to keep right, and driving at unsafe speeds.Gary Lee Fallecker, 49, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, failure to keep right and seat belt violations. He was charged July 10 by state police.Douglas Michael Hall, 25, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 20 by state police with two counts of unlawful contact with minors and criminal use of a communication facility.Randy Lee Halstead, 38, of Hilliards waived his case to court. He was charged April 4 by state police with driving under the influence, operating a vehicle without insurance, disregard of traffic lanes, and careless driving. He also waived a case where he was charged May 21 by state police with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.Regis Huncheck, 42, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged July 17 by state police with driving under the influence, improper use of learners permit, and not wearing proper headgear.Nathan Junker, 22, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged June 18 by state police with driving under the influence, disregard of traffic lanes, careless driving, and restrictions on alcoholic beverages.Shanda Sue Neff, 36, of Butler was held for court on a June 15 charge by state police of hindering apprehension or prosecution.Miguel Rivera, 31, of Butler pleaded guilty to simple assault. He was ordered to pay $439.50 in court costs and fines.Brian N. Schmude, 33, of Karns City waived his case to court. He was charged July 25 by state police with driving under the influence, disregard of traffic lanes, and careless driving.Leslie A. Wheeler, 38, of West Sunbury was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, failure to keep right, stop sign violations, and failure to use a seat belt. She was charged June 18 by state police.
