1:30 a.m. May 3 — Two workers at the Marburger’s Dairy in Forward Township allegedly stole multiple items totaling $188 from inside the dairy’s garage bay. A 29-year-old Lyndora man and a 31-year-old East Butler man, whose names were not released, are accused of the theft.
1:16 p.m. Nov. 13 — Todd McCanch, 47, of Cabot was charged with trying to buy a firearm from Sportsman’s Supply Co. on Freeport Road in Summit Township while legally prohibited from doing so.

Thursday — A burglary occurred at a Little Rock Road residence in Cowasshannock Township between 8:16 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. in which there was a forced entry made by kicking in the front door after attempting to make entry in the rear. Money and collectible coins were reported missing.
3:30 p.m. Wednesday — A Ford F150 pickup left the road multiple times before going onto the berm along Route 28 in North Buffalo Township causing rocks to hit the windshield of a pickup driven by Edward Mitchell, 39, of Kittanning, leaving chips. The driver of the F150 left the scene when Mitchell tried to let him know what had happened.
1:22 a.m. Wednesday — Two ATVs were stolen from a garage at 123 Duncan Road in Pine Township. One was subsequently recovered near the address. The other ATV, which still is missing, is a red, white and black 2008 Yamaha YFM70 RXL 700 Special Edition. Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call police at 724-543-2011.
9:46 p.m. Tuesday — A car driven by Shawn Law, 47, of Kittanning hit a deer on Route 28 in South Buffalo Township.
2:47 p.m. Tuesday — A car driven by Cierra Shirley, 20, of Kittanning hit a deer on Route 28 in South Buffalo Township. Shirley received minor injuries.
Tuesday — A 52-year-old Sarver man, whose name was not released, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence following a traffic stop on Route 422 in Plumcreek Township.
