Slingwine, Endler
Beth Slingwine of Harmony and Michael Endler of York were united in marriage at 2:30 p.m. Sept. 10 at Grace Church of Harmony in Harmony. The Rev. Peter Everett officiated. A reception followed at the Four Points Sheraton in Cranberry Township.
The bride is the daughter of William and Patricia Slingwine of Harmony. Parents of the bridegroom are Robert and Barbara Endler of Johnstown.
The honor attendant was Mary Smith of Elgin, Ill. Bridesmaids included Lori Rodgers of Johnstown; Gretchen McMichael of Hampton, Va.; Aimee Seitz of Wilmerding; Danielle Belonzi of Evans City; and Emily Henderson of Pittsburgh. The flower girl was Lauren Smith of Elgin.
Serving the bridegroom as best man was Brian Endler of Portage. Groomsmen included Eric Rodgers and Michael Kentes, both of Johnstown; Erik Smith of Carlisle; Derek Shilcosky of St. Michael; and Greg Custer of Belsano. Ushers included Jim Sedor of Salix, Ryan Farabaugh of Ebensburg and Andrew Henderson and Christopher Henderson, both of Pittsburgh. The ring bearer was Mason Rodgers of Johnstown.
The bride is a 1998 graduate of Seneca Valley High School, a 2002 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and a 2005 graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law. She works as an attorney for McNees, Wallace and Nurick in Harrisburg.
The groom graduated in 1998 from Forest Hills High School and in 2002 from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. He works as a civil engineer for C.S. Davidson in York.
Following a honeymoon trip to the Sandals Resort in St. Lucia, the couple is making their home in New Cumberland.
