BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by township police:

Linda Barber, 52, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and driving with a suspended license, filed June 11. Barber was ordered to pay $731 in fines and court costs.

Michael J. Buzas, 42, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Jan. 28.

Richard M. Crawford, 45, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed May 25. Crawford was ordered to pay $257.50 in fines and court costs.

John R. Daugherty, 43, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed May 25. Daugherty was ordered to pay $257.50 in fines and court costs.

Danielle C. Frazier, 30, of Butler was held for court on charges of robbery and simple assault, filed June 28.

David L. Geibel, 55, of East Butler was held for court on charges of hit-and-run, failing to give information and render aid after an accident, disregarding traffic lanes and reckless driving, filed May 14.

Andrew C. Getsay, 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Sept. 24. Getsay was ordered to pay $2,148.46 in restitution, fines and court costs.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Chaley Barnes, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of identity theft, bad checks and receiving stolen property, filed in two separate cases March 7.Jessica Bowser, 27, of Fenelton waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed June 29.Gerard V. Clouse, 48, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving, an open container violation and not wearing a seat belt, filed July 16.Bruce Eng, 44, of Hilliards waived to court charges of DUI, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without insurance, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and driving an all-terrain vehicle on a street, filed May 23.Brandon T. Hillyard, 27, of Cabot waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and reckless driving, filed June 28.Wendy S. Lehman Rice, 47, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI, driving without insurance, disregarding traffic lanes, following too closely to another vehicle, driving at an unsafe speed, a stop sign violation and careless driving, filed June 29Jonathan Lubinski, 29, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of theft, filed June 26. Lubinski was ordered to pay $325 in fines and courts costs.Kenneth J. Muller Jr., 25, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of DUI, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed June 29.Jessica L. Weber, 26, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed June 29.Dillon J. Weidenhof, 19, of Lyndora waived to court charges of DUI while a minor, driving without headlights, careless driving, not wearing a seat belt and failing to notify authorities of a change of address, filed July 25.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Tim Shaffer recently heard these cases:Joseph R. Brandon, 25, of Prospect waived to court two counts each of conspiracy to commit burglary and conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking, as well as one count each of burglary, theft by unlawful taking, criminal trespass, receiving stolen property, prowling at night and criminal mischief, filed Aug. 15 by state police. Brandon also waived to court a second charge of receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 15 by state police.Nathan A. Fajohn, 43, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right, improper pass, careless driving, reckless driving and failure to use safety belt, filed May 21 by state police.Nicholas A. Foster, 28, of Prospect waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, theft from a motor vehicle and criminal mischief, filed Aug. 13 by state police.Jonathan E. Herritt, 22, of Butler waived to court possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed June 18 by rangers at Moraine State Park.Robert J. Hilliard, 38, of Mercer waived to court charges of DUI, disregard for single lane, careless driving, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, no rear lights and failure to use safety belt, filed July 11 by state police.Alexander G. Smith, 30, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI controlled substance, failure to keep right, driving at unsafe speed, careless driving and improper tires, filed June 25 by state police.Marlisa S. Walker, 24, of New Castle waived to court a charge of theft by unlawful taking, filed May 21 by state police.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Michael Allen Harter, 42, of Evans City waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Aug. 7 charged him with simple assault, defiant trespass and recklessly endangering another person.Cory Michael Szramowski, 21, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. The state police on June 25. charged him with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving.Kenneth Alan Kline, 39, of Butler waived his case to court. The state police on June 7 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license and careless driving.Ryan Wade, 26, of Butler waived his case to court. Lancaster Township police on July 26 charged him with simple assault and harassment.Jeremy Bradley Tharp, 32, of Herber Springs, Ariz, waived his case to court. Zelienople police on May 29 charged him with careless driving and driving under the influence of alcohol.Jamie Lynn Druschel, 32, of Evans City waived her case to court. Adams Township police on July 18 charged her with tampering with evidence, possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and making a false report to police.Daniel Walter Rice, 23, of Fombell waived his case to court. Zelienople police on June 29 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving.Nicholas Andrew Foster, 27, of Prospect waived his case to court. The state police on Aug. 13 charged him with burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy and loitering.Eric David Dunbar, 24, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Adams Township police on July 15 charged him with theft by unlawful taking and possession of a controlled substance.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:Christopher Lee Monroy, 29, of Corpus Christi, Texas, waived his case to court. Police on July 27 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.Richard L. Harr, 66, of Hudson, Ohio, waived his case to court. Police on May 23 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.Charles Curtis Raeford Jr., 51, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on July 12 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.Donald Scott Burke, 39, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on May 29 charged him with simple assault, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.John James Allen, 35, of Wampum waived his case to court. Police on June 12 charged him with retail theft and receiving stolen property.Justin Mark Glasgow, 21, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on Aug. 13 charged him with simple assault, making terroristic threats and harassment.Amy Hengelsberg-Evans, 45, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. Police on July 27 charged her with retail theft.Spencer Joseph Faruquee, 23, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on June 1 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Jason Christopher Fronius, 31, of New Castle waived his case to court. Police on July 5 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.Spencer Everett Collins, 25, of Chicora waived his case to court. Police on July 31 charged him with receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
