CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Gary Ellenberger, 50, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, terroristic threats, four counts of reckless endangerment, fleeing or attempting to elude police, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, running a stop sign, driving at an unsafe speed, reckless driving, careless driving and driving with an open container, filed June 3.

Mitchell Schaffner, 50, of Marienville, Forest County, waived to court charges of operating a snowmobile/ATV under the influence of alcohol, failing to keep right, careless driving and operating a snowmobile/ATV on the street, filed Nov. 4, 2011.

Brian L. Dittman, 40, of Emlenton waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and speeding, filed June 15.

Brian Scott Schuller, 41, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding traffic lanes, filed June 11.

Holly Ann Thompson, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, filed July 19.

Kenneth Lee Gratzinger, 50, of Parker waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, filed April 23.
