Montgomery, Runtas
Heather Montgomery and Richard Runtas Jr., both of Slippery Rock, were united in marriage at 2:30 p.m. April 22 at Center United Presbyterian Church in Slippery Rock. The Rev. David McCabe officiated. Areception followed at the Oakview Golf Club.
The bride is the daughter of Michael and Sandra Montgomery of Slippery Rock. Parents of the bridegroom are Richard Sr. and Gloria Runtas of Warren, Ohio.
The honor attendant was Jennifer Detwiler of Slippery Rock. Bridesmaids included Sharon Runtas of Wilson, N.C., and Leigh Ann Reibold of Warren. Presenting flowers were William Reibold of Warren and Ryan Montgomery of Slippery Rock.
Performing the duties of best man was Jason Runtas of Wilson. Ushers included Sean Montgomery of Slippery Rock and Craig Reibold of Warren. The ring bearer was Braiden Montgomery of Butler.
The bride is a 1992 graduate of Slippery Rock High School and a 1995 graduate of Butler County Community College. She works for Kroll Government Services in Slippery Rock.
The bridegroom graduated in 1989 from Labrae High School and in 1995 from Mercyhurst College. He works for RMCI in Boyers.
Following a honeymoon cruise to the Western Caribbean, the couple is making their home in Slippery Rock.
