Brewster leads Butler
Ava Brewster paced the Butler girls effort at last weekend’s Kent State High School Indoor Track and Field Open.
She won the 3,200-meter run with a time of 12 minutes, 1.38 seconds.

Gianna Bedel tallied 17 points to lead Slippery Rock to a 63-26 win against Oil City.
Katie Book added 12 points and Audrey Kura scored 11 for the Rockets (11-7).

North will enter the WPIAL playoffs with a record of 16-5.
