Fire destroys RV
ALLEGHENY TWP - A recreational vehicle was destroyed by fire this afternoon.
The fire broke out at 141 Arrowhead Road, where owner Barb Anderson, 46, was sleeping.
Anderson's neighbor Dave Page saw the smoke and went over to wake her up.
They called 911 and used a hose to water down the siding of Anderson's house, which was curling from the heat.
The cause of the fire is currently unknown. The damage is estimated at $25,000.
