CRANBERRY TWP - District Justice Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Michael George Grasak, 45, of Baden, Beaver County, was held to court. He was charged June 1 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content between 0.10 percent and 0.16 percent blood-alcohol level and disregard of traffic lane.

James Scott Crider, 39, of West Aliquippa, Beaver County, was held for court. He was charged June 2 by Cranberry Township police with public drunkenness, defiant trespass, possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol content of more than 0.16 percent and simple assault.

Todd J. Curtin, 28, of Sewickley, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 22, 2003, by Cranberry Township police with accident involving damage to attended vehicle, speeding, failure to stop and give information and render aid, turning movements and required signals and careless driving.

John Joseph Moore, 28, of Lancaster County, waived his case to court. He was charged May 4 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol content between 0.10 percent and 0.16 percent, disregard of traffic lane and improper passing.

Michael Charles Chadman, 41, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged April 10 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, turning movements and required signals, driving with a suspended license-DUI related and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Paul Crisp, 38, of Duquesne, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged June 7 by Cranberry Township police with two counts of burglary, two counts of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, two counts of conspiracy to commit burglary and criminal mischief tampering with property.

James Brugmann, 23, no address given, waived his case to court. He was charged June 7 by Cranberry Township police with two counts of burglary, two counts of theft by unlawful taking, two counts of receiving stolen property and two counts of conspiracy to commit burglary.

Russell David Kemmler, 33, of Bellevue, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 24 by the Cranberry Township police with three counts of receiving stolen property and three counts of forgery.

Kemmler also waived another case to court. He was charged June 18 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft taking merchandise.
