Pelkofer, Hinkson
Elizabeth Pelkofer and Carl Hinkson, both of Auburn, Wash., were united in marriage at 4 p.m June 24 at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler. The Rev. Harry Bielewicz officiated. A reception followed at the Butler Days Inn.
The bride is the daughter of Frank and Melanie Pelkofer of Karns City. Parents of the bridegroom are Dean and Teri Hinkson of Kennewick, Wash.
The bride was presented for marriage by her parents.
The honor attendant was Pamela Gonzalez of Allison Park. Bridesmaids included Andrea Galioto of Allison Park; Melinda Siegel of Sachse, Texas; and Deanna Frank and Heather Sweesy, both of Pittsburgh.
Performing the duties of best man was Dave Vautier of Seattle. Ushers included Randy Hinkson of Auburn; Christopher Nokes and Thaddeus Nokes, both of Kennewick; and Travis Leistiko of Seattle.
The bride is a 1992 graduate of Moniteau High School and a 1996 graduate of Case Western Reserve University. She is currently pursuing a graduate degree at the University of Washington and works as a registered nurse at Overlake Medical Center in Bellevue, Wash.
The bridegroom graduated in 1990 from John F. Kennedy High School and in 1996 from Highline Community College. He works as a respiratory therapist at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
Following a honeymoon cruise to Hawaii, the couple is making their home in Auburn.
