SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Heather Lynn Gaal, 34, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, false reports to law enforcement authorities and careless driving, filed Jan. 7 by Middlesex Township police.

James B. McCormick, 37, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Feb. 26 by Middlesex Township police.

Adam Edward Pollick, 26, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving without a license, filed Feb. 8 by Buffalo Township police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Kasy Bell, 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of leaving an unattended child in a vehicle, filed Jan. 20 by Butler Township police. Bell was ordered to pay $219.50 in fines and court costs.Shannon L. Larimore, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed Jan. 6 by Butler Township police. Larimore was ordered to pay $686.28 in restitution, fines and court costs.James T. Matuke Jr., 43, of Las Vegas, Nev., waived to court a charge of felony retail theft, filed Aug. 24, 2003, by Butler Township police.Matuke, in a separate case, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 18, 2003, by Butler police. Matuke was ordered to pay $380 in fines and court costs.Christopher M. Miller, 22, ofButler was held for court on charges of retail theft, conspiracy and receiving stolen property, filed Feb. 6 by Butler Township police.Joshua M. Miller, 20, of Chicora pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed Feb. 6 by Butler Township police. Miller was ordered to pay $943.50 in restitution, fines and court costs.Mark C. Moses, 19, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief, filed Feb. 10 by Butler Township police. Moses was ordered to pay $294.50 in fines and court costs.Emmanuel L. Rodriquez, 22, of Tallahassee, Fla., waived to court four counts each of forgery, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 27 by Butler Township police.Philip J. Rudolph Jr., 18, of Butler waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and disorderly conduct, filed Feb. 17 by Butler Township police.Michelle L. Schaeffer, 19, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed Feb. 10 by Butler Township police. Schaeffer was ordered to pay $444.50 in fines and court costs.Hannibal H. Smith, 20, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 20 by Butler Township police.John T. Tirk, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 20 by Butler Township police.Joseph J. Valensky, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Feb. 2 by state police.Susan L.Waite, 60, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed Dec. 3 by Butler Township police. Waite was ordered to pay $983 in restitution, fines and court costs.Robert I. Walters, 39, of Conneaut Lake, Crawford County, waived to court two counts of failure to comply with registration of sexual offender requirements, filed March 4 by state police.Chase A. Worley, 24, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed July 7 by Butler Township police. Worley was ordered to pay $341.50 in fines and court costs.

Chicora — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Vickie Bennett, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Feb. 9.Donald Lee Burk, 39, of Petrolia waived to court charges of DUI, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving, and an open container violation, filed Nov. 24.Christopher N. Hall, 26, of Cabot waived to court 12 counts each of forgery, conspiracy to commit forgery, theft by deception, conspiracy to commit theft by deception and theft by unlawful taking, filed Feb. 18.Brett Hildebrand, 24, of Karns City waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Feb. 13.Anthony J. McCardle, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of statutory sexual assault, three counts each of aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault, and corruption of minors, filed March 3.
