Heather Lynn Gaal, 34, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, false reports to law enforcement authorities and careless driving, filed Jan. 7 by Middlesex Township police.

James B. McCormick, 37, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Feb. 26 by Middlesex Township police.

Adam Edward Pollick, 26, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving without a license, filed Feb. 8 by Buffalo Township police.

Bell was ordered to pay $219.50 in fines and court costs.Shannon L. Larimore, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed Jan. 6 by Butler Township police. Larimore was ordered to pay $686.28 in restitution, fines and court costs.James T. Matuke Jr., 43, of Las Vegas, Nev., waived to court a charge of felony retail theft, filed Aug. 24, 2003, by Butler Township police.Matuke, in a separate case, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 18, 2003, by Butler police. Matuke was ordered to pay $380 in fines and court costs.Christopher M. Miller, 22, ofButler was held for court on charges of retail theft, conspiracy and receiving stolen property, filed Feb. 6 by Butler Township police.Joshua M.
