With OverDrive and Libby, a mobile-friendly app, Mars Area Public Library patrons can borrow and read free ebooks, audiobooks and magazines using a phone or tablet.

By partnering with Erie and Crawford county library districts, the Mars library now offers a larger pool of digital books to patrons. All that's needed to access OverDrive and Libby is a library card. More information is available on the library website.

The library continues to offer contactless book pickup from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 to 6 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays; from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Fridays; and from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays. Contactless book pick up hours are subject to change.
