BUTLER TWP — The following cases were recently heard by District Judge Kevin O’Donnell.
William J. Deangelo, 35, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and speeding filed Jan. 14 by Butler Township police.
Ryan L. Walters, 24, of Hilliards was held for court on charges of DUI, roadways laned for traffic, careless driving and occupant protection filed Jan. 7 by state police.
Michael J. Bozik, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, roadways laned for traffic, turning movements and required signals, and occupant protection filed Jan. 31 by state police.
Adrian Q. Nicelli, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled substance filed Jan. 31 by Butler Township police.
Skyler R. Hufnagel, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of drug paraphernalia, DUI and speeding filed Jan. 22 by state police.
Robin D. Hecker, 57, of Lyndora waived to court charges of public drunkenness, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct filed Feb. 9 by Butler Township police.
Joshua J. White, 31, of Lyndora waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment filed Dec. 13 by Butler Township police.
Jason L. Weber, 34, of Butler pleaded guilty to a retail theft charge and was ordered to pay $487 in fines, costs and restitution. Charges were filed Oct. 1 by Butler Township police.
Michelle L. Fortini, 39, of Butler pleaded guilty to a retail theft charge and was ordered to pay $484 in fines, costs and restitution. Charges were filed Sept. 24 by Butler Township police.
David D. Gould, 31, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of retail theft and criminal trespass and was ordered to pay $532 in fines, costs and restitution. Charges were filed Jan. 28 by Butler Township police.
Emerald L. Adamik, 35, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft and was ordered to pay $491 in fines, costs and restitution. Charges were filed Sept. 17 by Butler Township police.
Zander E. Everton, 19, of Butler was held for court on charges of a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, DUI, failure to keep right, a stop sign violation and careless driving filed Jan. 31 by state police.
Scott B. Lowe, 44, of Colfax, La., was held for court on charges of drug paraphernalia, turning movements and required signals, and failure to carry a license filed Jan. 18 by Butler Township police.
Maurice W. Johnson, 35, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia filed Jan. 18 by Butler Township police.
Michael H. Friedrich, 31, of Renfrew waived to court charges of endangering the welfare of children, endangering the welfare of another person and drug paraphernalia filed Jan. 18 by Butler Township police.
Richard A. Stepp, 38, of Butler waived to court a retail theft charge filed Jan. 22 by Butler Township police. He also waived to court a retail theft charge filed by township police on Feb. 27.
Kurtis E. Keefer, 39, of Butler was held for court on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment filed Feb. 12 by Butler Township police.
Charles P. Gerstner, 58, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to charges of drug paraphernalia and turning movements and required signals. Charges were filed Jan. 18 by Butler Township police.

SAXONBURG — The following cases were recently heard in the court of District Judge Sue Haggerty by Senior District Judge Pete Shaffer.
Joshua Paul L. Williams, 29, of Evans City waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and no rear lights filed Jan. 15 by state police.
Robert A. Charles, 37, of Mineral Springs was held for court on charges of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct filed Jan. 2 by state police.
Robert C. Kessler Jr., 49, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving without a license, disregarding lane and careless driving filed Feb. 4 by state police.
Julia M. Malis, 28, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of forgery, identity theft and theft filed Feb. 7 by Penn Township police.
