Police search for bank robbery suspect
Police are searching for a man who robbed the NexTier Bank on East Diamond Street about 9:30 this morning.
The man is described as a black male believed to be in his 30s wearing a black Nike hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
Investigators, some with weapons drawn, already stopped several people. But none was believed to be the suspect.
A woman who answered the telephone at the bank said she could not comment, but she added that the bank is closed.
