Nichole and Shaun Babka

Nichole Danner and Shaun Babka, both of Montross, Va., were united in marriage at 4 p.m. Oct. 7 at Holy Sepulcher Roman Catholic Church, Middlesex Township. The Rev. Daniel Maurer officiated. A reception followed at the Mars VFW.

The bride is the daughter of Craig and Sunshine Danner of Valencia. Parents of the bridegroom are Marsha and Delbert Jackson of Bellaire, Ohio, and Patrick and Terri Babka of Bridgeport, Ohio.

The matron of honor was Alicia Kirk of Ontario, Canada. Bridesmaids included Julie Fair of Imperial, Lisa Santoriella of Cleveland, Becky Campbell of Valencia and Lauren Bost of Immokalee, Fla.

Performing the duties of best man was Scot McMahon of Bellaire. Ushers included Craig Carlin of Hermitage, Bob Allen of New York City, Steve Kokal of Mars and Matt Boccardi of Pittsburgh.

The bride is a 2001 graduate of Mars High School and a 2005 graduate of Westminster College. She works for Westmoreland County Public Schools in Montross.

The bridegroom graduated in 2000 from Bellaire High School and in 2004 from Westminster College. He also works for Westmoreland County Public Schools.

The couple is making their home in Montross.
