These items are collected from various police departments:

April 1 to 4 — Hugh B. Love, 44, of Butler, had three run-ins with police that each resulted in a set of drug-related charges.On April 1, police responded to a report of a man who broke a window and was jumping and rolling around on the ground close to traffic.Police said they identified Love as the one involved and found him with a syringe and empty stamp bags in his pocket.On April 2, police responded to a report of a man who was screaming on the ground.Police said they again identified this person as Love, who admitted to using methamphetamine.They also allegedly found two full stamp bags of suspected heroin in his pocket, along with paraphernalia.On April 4, police responded to a report of a man who growled at the caller, attempted to climb the caller's fence and was doing cartwheels on the sidewalk. Police said they again identified the man as Love, and they found him with empty stamp bags in his pocket.Between the three sets of charges, Love has been charged with three counts of public intoxication, three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of possessing a controlled substance.
