Friday — Police charged Nicholas B.D. Wetzell, 24, of Butler with drunken driving stemming from a 10:40 p.m. Nov. 20 traffic stop on New Castle Road. In addition to driving under the influence, Wetzell is charged with driving without a license.
[naviga:h3]Evans City-Seven Fields Regional Police[/naviga:h3]
7:51 p.m. Sunday — A teen suffered a minor wrist injury when the car she was driving struck two other vehicles parked on Pattison Street in Evans City. Police did not immediately identify the girl and an accident report was not available.
Authorities said the icy road apparently was a factor in the accident. The Evans City Volunteer Fire Department and Harmony EMS assisted police at the scene.

9:17 a.m. Sunday — No one apparently was injured when a car hit a utility pole at Shanahan Road and Sunset Drive in Center Township. Unionville volunteer firefighters assisted police who did not immediately release an accident report.
[naviga:h3]State Police, Kittanning[/naviga:h3]
Saturday — An unknown burglar stole a 38-year-old Templeton man’s black and green, 2008 Yamaha Raptor 250 all-terrain vehicle from a garage in the 300 block of Clearfield Pike in Rayburn Township. The break-in and theft happened between Jan. 2 and Saturday.
9:55 p.m. Friday — A car driven by Nikki M. Bennett, 29, of Cowansville struck a tree along the Route 28 ramp to Route 422 east in East Franklin Township.
7:23 p.m. Friday — Lisa T. Sanich, 47, of Karns City was hurt when she lost control of her car and struck a utility pole along Route 68 in Bradys Bend Township. Sanich, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.
Police cited her for driving at an unsafe speed.
5:15 p.m. Friday — Robert L. Craig III, 44, of Adrian lost control of his car when the front driver’s side tire blew out, and crashed into a guardrail on Reesedale Road in Washington Township, Armstrong County.

12:40 a.m. Saturday — Garret Weber, 21, of Grove City was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after crashing his pickup truck on Tieline Road in Pine Township, Mercer County.
Saturday — An unknown thief stole scrap machinery parts and scrap metal from a home on Old School Road in Wolf Creek Township.
[naviga:h3]State Police, Punxsutawney[/naviga:h3]
Wednesday — The state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement cited The Beer Garden on Route 38 in Washington Township with two violations, including failure to maintain proper records between 2013 and 2015, concerning tavern games.
Additionally, the bar was cited for permitting a minor to be in a portion of the bar where smoking is permitted.
An administrative law judge will hear the case.
