2:08 a.m. Saturday — Melanie Werner, 29, of Clearfield Township was arrested for driving under the influence on Zeigler Avenue. She was also cited for a traffic signal violation.2:58 p.m. Thursday — Justin Hilgar, 14, of Butler suffered minor injuries when his bicycle collided with a pickup truck at Center and Fairview avenues.Hilgar told police the brake on his bike failed and he was unable to stop before hitting the passenger side tire of the pickup driven by Robert Rajchel, 60, of Butler Township.

8:46 p.m. Saturday — Sport utility vehicles driven by Andrew Bozzo, 36, of Saxonburg and David Krenn III, of Cheswick, Allegheny County, collided at Saxonburg Boulevard and Brewer Road in Clinton Township.A passenger in Bozzo's vehicle, Lisa Bozzo, 36, of Saxonburg, suffered unknown injuries; she was wearing a seat belt. Andrew Bozzo was cited for a stop sign violation.8:20 p.m. Saturday — A mixed breed dog was caught after found wandering on Interstate 79 near Cooper's Campground in Worth Township.The female dog is about 80 pounds, black with brown on its face and legs. The owner can claim the dog by calling the barracks at 724-284-8100.Saturday — Kerry Lascuola, 21, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence at Main and East Diamond streets in Butler.3:45 p.m. Friday — A car driven by Linda Hannah, 50, of Clarion struck and sheared off a utility pole along Route 38 near Route 58 in Eau Claire.8:35 a.m. Friday — A car driven by Clyde Caligiuri, 69, of Pittsburgh hit a traffic sign and rolled onto its side along Interstate 79 in Jackson Township.4:26 a.m. Friday — A sport utility vehicle driven by Earl Vogel Jr., 44, of Valencia crashed and rolled onto its side off Great Belt Road. Police said Vogel walked away from the crash site, leaving his vehicle behind in a yard where it crashed.Police found Vogel and charged him with driving with a suspended license, careless driving, failure to give information after an accident, and a seat belt violation.9:55 p.m. May 23 — A sport utility vehicle driven by Jamie Bowser, 30, of Bruin struck a tree and rolled onto its side along Hemlock Road near Route 268 in Parker Township. Bowser told police the crash occurred when he lost control of this vehicle after braking suddenly to avoid a deer on the road.

June 2 — Mylette Ross, 30, of New Castle was cited for allegedly driving off without paying for gas on four separate occasions at the same Sheetz convenience store at Routes 422 and 388 in Slippery Rock Township, Lawrence County.Police said Ross is accused of pumping $26 of gas on April 24; $18 of gas on April 25; $25 of gas on May 18; and $18 of gas on May 26. She is charged with four counts of retail theft.

12:45 p.m. Sunday — A car driven by Ray Cowan allegedly ran a red light and struck two vehicles at Route 58 and George Junior Road in Pine Township, Mercer County.Police said Cowan's vehicle hit a car driven by David Greggs, 27, of Mercer and a sport utility vehicle driven by Nick Kavounas, 64, of Allentown. Cowan is charged with a traffic signal violation.10:22 a.m. Saturday — Cars driven by Shane Grandy, 32, of Grove City and Larry Andre, 60, of Kennerdell, Venango County, collided at Route 208 and Centertown Road in Pine Township, Mercer County.Grandy suffered moderate injuries. Apassenger in his car, Jordan Grandy, 6, of Grove City suffered minor injuries; both were wearing seat belts and were treated for their injuries at Grove City Medical Center. Grandy was cited for failing to yield to oncoming traffic.2:45 a.m. May 27 — Tracey Jo Hughes, 46, of Mercer was arrested for driving under the influence at Route 258 and Millburn Road in Springfield Township, Mercer County. In addition to DUI, she is charged with careless driving and a lane violation.10:15 p.m. May 21 — Thomas Dumrauf, no age given, of Grove City was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Interstate 80 in East Lackawannock Township, Mercer County.
